Okay, here’s my last mermaid. I had to do one more, and had to push for a seashell corset - because corsets are pretty awesome and I really wanted to see a mermaid in one.

Came from an idea from my ladywife of a mermaid pouting and stranded on some rocks. Don’t know how she got out here - I’m guessing she fell asleep and the tide went out. Or a pirate ship abandoned her.
Just finished reading a random rant from someone hating on mermaids with knees, so here are some knees on a mermaid! If she was half-fish she wouldn’t have a bum or any hips either, and then how would she sit? Plus she would be a whole lot less fun to draw.
And my third mermaid sketch. I might just finish this one. I like this and the pouting mermaid the best. But don’t know how much time it’ll take to finish more than one. We shall see!

Here’s a first sketch on mermaid ideas. Not much going on here other than a lot of breastesses. It’s not really want I want to finish I don’t think - got another idea or two I’d like to try out.
