I’m trying a bit of an experiment - trying out a kind of quick journal comic about games. This is a panel from Dark Souls, which I love. That Hydra fight was one of the most awesome parts of the game, because it’s a huge beast just hanging out in a level.
It’s weird - all my interests, what I spend my spare time with, what I’m passionate about - aren’t represented in my comic projects. One of the annoying parts of being a guy making comics for girls is that you miss out on all the awesome alliances and projects that are girl-creator-driven.
It’s kind of like always being left out of clubhouse, heh.
So I’m trying out a few other ideas. I haven’t drawn anything BUT drama in so long - I want to see if I can do quick drawings, and gaming seems like a good way for me to try a bunch of different things.
